Factoring with Stonebridge is fast, easy, and affordable. Here’s the step-by-step process
STEP 1 – INQUIRY CALL
The first step begins with an intake phone call. You can either call us or fill out a rate form on our site and you will be connected with a factoring specialist. We’ll spend a few minutes learning about your company and can quickly determine if Stonebridge is a good fit for your company’s needs.
STEP 2 – APPLICATION & CONTRACTS
We will email you our one page application. You can complete the application entirely from your desktop. You do not have to link to your accounting software or provide bank account access for the application process. Once we receive your application we will underwrite it and email you the factoring contracts within one to two business days.
STEP 3 – SUBMIT INVOICES
Once we receive the contracts back from you you will be set up on our administrative system with your own login ID and password where you can enter invoices for funding. Most of our clients email their invoices to their customers and copy us on the email. Some of our clients submit their invoices to their customers other ways but we will work with you to make the process as seamless as possible to you and your customers.
STEP 4 – GET FUNDED
After invoices are entered into our system for funding we will verify the invoices and deposit funds directly to your account via ACH (overnight) or wire transfer (same day). You can track the entire transaction by logging into your account online 24/7.
